I suppose the only thing for us to do is to switch to SBS – at least until the Christian-Jewish-Islamic Cartel, the sub-humans amongst our politicians – and there are many within the Political Class and not just the neo-Nazis of Pauline Hanson’s One Nation, get their teeth into SBS. Doubtless we will find out just how deep this Hatred of our Communities is when the Federal Government brings down the Federal Budget in May and we find out what cuts are being made to SBS’ Funding. This decision by the ABC Board just goes to prove that none of them should be allowed to remain on it. A bunch of Gutless wonders or is it that they, just as the neo-Fascist Nei Nazis have taken over the Federal Liberal Party, are all part of this Campaign of Hatred and Discrimination. So much for the Federal Government’s Anti-Hate and Anti-Discrimination Laws!

There’s been several stories or opinion that ABC has published lately that have missed the mark when it comes to impartiality – but erring on the anti-trans side. This smacks of appeasing our intolerant billionaire overlords. Money and power dictate culture in corporate settings, not common decency. Who do they want to be impartial to, bigots.

Does the ABC support other advocacy groups with memberships of $12000 a year. If they are financially backing any group they are not impartial. They should be supportive of all groups but financially backing all groups is not possible so why should ACON be supported but any other group not? The 17c��IA+ community is not the only minority out there.
As an Australian Tax payer media company ABC should be very transparent on who they are financially backing, especially is it could be viewed as influencing their coverage of news around these groups, that applies for all groups they support.
The ABC can and should still stand for the rights of the 17c��IA+ community they don’t need to pay membership fees or give donations to advocacy groups, in fact their news coverage would come across as more neutral and authentic if they are seen as having nothing to gain from the news. I welcome this break from ACON.
