
Another allegation of sexual assault by Kevin Spacey surfaces
Following actor Anthony Rapp鈥檚 earlier this week that Kevin Spacey assaulted him three decades ago, another Hollywood figure has come forward with similar claims.
Filmmaker Tony Montana has gone public about being sexually assaulted by Spacey at a bar in 2003, according to .
鈥淚 went up to order a drink and Kevin came up to me and put his arm around me,鈥 Montana said.
鈥淗e was telling me to come with him, to leave the bar.
鈥淗e put his hand on my crotch and forcefully grabbed my whole package.鈥
Montana said Spacey appeared to be drunk, and he had to physically remove the actor鈥檚 hand from his crotch.
鈥淚 paid for my drink and got away from him,鈥 said Montana.
Spacey then allegedly followed Montana to the bathroom, where he again had to physically stop his advances.
鈥淚 backed him out the door and I pushed him,鈥 said Montana.
鈥淥ne of his friends was in line and I said, 鈥業t鈥檚 time to take your boy home.鈥
鈥淭hey all ended up leaving.鈥
Montana said he had struggled with mental health issues caused by the event.
鈥淚 never talked to anyone about it except for therapists,鈥 he said.
鈥淚 had PTSD for six months after.
鈥淚t was an emasculating thing for someone to do to me.
鈥淲henever I went to the bar I would see if he was there or have my back against the wall.鈥
Montana decided to come forward about the incident following Rapp鈥檚 allegations.
鈥淭his wasn鈥檛 something people were talking about openly,鈥 he said.
鈥淚t still feels awkward. I still feel what I felt then. I put it into the back of my mind until I saw him come forward.鈥
In the wake of the allegations, Netflix has announced that Spacey鈥檚 show House of Cards will be cancelled.
The International TV Academy has also withdrawn the International Emmy Founders Award that Spacey was set to receive.
