Having a government document changed (say a birth certificate) should not require sterilization or surgery within VIC, NSW and QLD. Time to repeal this archaic and draconian cruel violation of liberty, human rights and dignity of the individual immediately please! I am personally waiting for my gender-neutral birth certificate. The European Court of Human Rights back in 2017, said and quoted that – “mandatory sterilization of transgender individuals to change government documents is cruel and unusual punishment.”
