The Human Rights Activist News Agency (HRANA) reported that the executions took place on Sunday in the Islamic Republic of Iran and was under the country鈥檚 Islamic Sharia law system.聽Karimpour and Mohammadi had been on death row for six years.聽聽
The HRANA said 鈥渢he Iranian regime-controlled media has not reported on the executions of the two men based on the country鈥檚 anti-gay law.鈥澛
The Iranian government served the pair a death sentence for 鈥渇orced sexual intercourse between two men.鈥 They were hanged in a prison in the northwestern city of Maragheh, a town 500 kilometres away from the capital, Tehran, according to rights groups.

Most Dangerous Country To Be Gay

It’s very obvious that the Right Wing is getting more of a hold on controlling gay rights, not only in Australia, but as expected in the Muslim countries.
It’s most unfortunate that the USA and European countries are not doing any protesting at the recent Far East gay executions.
I hope I don’t see my last days out witnessing the roll back of gay rights after all we’ve been through in the past 70 odd yrs!
